The purpose of this Sanctions & Enforcement Policy is to maintain product quality, customer trust, marketplace integrity, and compliance with ELEXBIG Marketplace standards.
ELEXBIG reserves the right to investigate violations and impose penalties where appropriate.

ELEXBIG may, at its sole discretion:
Returned products not retrieved within seven (7) days of notification shall incur a demurrage charge of ₦500 per day.
Products remaining uncollected for more than thirty (30) days may be forfeited without further notice.
ELEXBIG and its logistics partners shall not be responsible for claims, disputes, or escalations reported more than thirty (30) days after an order has been marked as Returned.
ELEXBIG shall not be liable for damage claims relating to returned items that have been inspected, accepted, and collected by the Vendor.
ELEXBIG reserves the right to report Vendors to appropriate regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, consumer protection bodies, intellectual property owners, or other relevant entities where violations of law are suspected.
Nothing in this Policy limits ELEXBIG's right to seek damages, indemnification, injunctions, or other legal remedies available under applicable law.
