Zero Tolerance For Counterfeit Products

Elexbig does not allow:

Counterfeit or fake products
Unauthorized replicas or copies
Imitation designer items
Pirated goods
Trademark-infringing merchandise
Unauthorized reproductions of branded products

Merchants are fully responsible for ensuring that all products sold on Elexbig are authentic, legally sourced, and compliant with applicable laws and marketplace policies.

Enforcement Actions

If Elexbig determines that a merchant has listed or sold counterfeit or inauthentic goods, we reserve the right to take immediate action, including but not limited to:

Removing product listings
Suspending or permanently banning merchant accounts
Holding or forfeiting merchant payments
Refunding affected buyers
Restricting future selling privileges
Cooperating with law enforcement or intellectual property owners

Elexbig may take these actions immediately and without prior notice where necessary to protect buyers and the integrity of the marketplace.

Buyer Protection

If a buyer receives an item determined to be counterfeit, fake, or materially different from the product description, Elexbig may provide assistance under our Buyer Protection policies.

Our goal is to ensure that customers can shop confidently knowing that we actively work to prevent counterfeit products from appearing on our marketplace.
