The purpose of these Content & Image Guidelines is to ensure that all product listings on the ELEXBIG Marketplace are accurate, professional, consistent, and helpful to customers.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all content submitted to ELEXBIG complies with these Guidelines.

Failure to comply may result in listing removal, listing suspension, account penalties, or account termination.

2. General Content Requirements

All product information must be:

• Accurate and truthful.
• Clear and easy to understand.
• Relevant to the product being sold.
• Written in English.
• Free from misleading claims.
• Consistent with the actual product delivered.

Product content must provide customers with sufficient information to make informed purchasing decisions.

3. Product Title Requirements

Product titles must:

• Clearly identify the product.
• Include the brand name where applicable.
• Include key product attributes.
• Match the product shown in the images.

Prohibited Title Practices

Vendors must not:

• Use ALL CAPS excessively.
• Include promotional phrases.
• Include pricing information.
• Include shipping information.
• Include phone numbers.
• Include website addresses.
• Include emojis or excessive symbols.

4. Product Description Requirements

Descriptions should include:

• Product features.
• Technical specifications.
• Package contents.
• Compatibility information where applicable.
• Warranty information where applicable.

Descriptions must be:

• Accurate.
• Professional.
• Easy to read.
• Relevant to the listed product.

5. Product Specifications

Where applicable, Vendors must provide accurate specifications including:

• Brand
• Model
• Color
• Storage Capacity
• Screen Size
• Operating System
• Connectivity
• Dimensions
• Weight
• Warranty

Providing inaccurate specifications may result in customer complaints and penalties.

6. Product Image Requirements

All images must:

• Accurately represent the product.
• Be high quality and clearly visible.
• Be properly focused.
• Have good lighting.
• Show the actual product being sold.
• Match the title and description.

Images should be professional and customer-friendly.

7. Main Image Requirements

The primary image should:

• Display the product clearly.
• Use a clean white or neutral background where possible.
• Show the entire product.
• Be free from distractions.

The main image should be the clearest representation of the product.

8. Additional Image Requirements

Additional images may show:

• Product angles.
• Packaging.
• Product features.
• Accessories included.
• Product dimensions.
• Lifestyle usage examples.

Additional images must remain accurate and not misrepresent the product.

9. Prohibited Images

Vendors must not upload images that contain:

• Watermarks.
• Website URLs.
• Phone numbers.
• Email addresses.
• Social media handles.
• Pricing information.
• Promotional banners.
• Offensive content.
• Violent content.
• Adult content.
• Copyright-infringing material.

Such images may be removed without notice.

10. Intellectual Property Compliance

Vendors must only upload content that they:

• Own.
• Have permission to use.
• Are legally authorized to distribute.

Vendors must not:

• Use copyrighted images without permission.
• Use unauthorized brand assets.
• Misrepresent trademarks.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.

ELEXBIG may remove infringing content immediately.

11. Prohibited Content

Listings must not contain:

• False claims.
• Misleading information.
• Fake reviews.
• Competitor comparisons intended to mislead.
• Offensive language.
• Discriminatory content.
• Illegal content.
• Counterfeit product claims.

Any prohibited content may result in enforcement action.

12. Brand and Manufacturer Information

Where a product is branded, Vendors must:

• Use the correct brand name.
• Use the correct manufacturer information.
• Avoid creating misleading brand associations.

Generic products must not be listed under branded names.

13. Restricted Claims

Vendors must not make unverified claims such as:

• Guaranteed results.
• Medical cures.
• Health treatment claims.
• Safety certifications not actually obtained.
• Official endorsements that do not exist.

Claims must be supported by reliable evidence where required.

14. Listing Quality Standards

Listings should:

• Be free from spelling errors.
• Be free from grammatical errors.
• Use consistent formatting.
• Include complete product information.

ELEXBIG may request improvements to low-quality listings.

15. Compliance Review

ELEXBIG may review, edit, reject, disable, or remove listings that:

• Violate these Guidelines.
• Create customer confusion.
• Present compliance risks.
• Damage marketplace quality.

Approval of a listing does not relieve Vendors of responsibility for compliance.

16. Penalties for Violations

Violations may result in:

• Listing correction requests.
• Listing removal.
• Product suspension.
• Monetary penalties.
• Store suspension.
• Permanent account termination.

Serious violations may also result in legal action.
